Please make all requests at least two weeks in advance.

Typical Special Event Requests consist of sporting events, festivals, parades, Career Fairs, etc.

Due to firefighter training/other scheduling conflicts, we may be not be able to accommodate all event requests.

If a fire crew is requested at your event, the crew typically remains in-service. This comes with the understanding that they may arrive late, leave abruptly or, in some cases, will not be able to attend in order to respond to emergencies. The crew will also stage the apparatus in a convenient location should an emergency arise.

After your request has been received, you will be contacted within 48 business hours for confirmation of receipt, further information, and status of request.
